Carmen Fontana (hey! that’s me!)
An engineer by education and a geek by heart, I started my career as a software developer at Accenture. Over the years I’ve dabbled in all aspects of tech operations including project management, client services, talent acquisition and even *gasp* sales. My zen is when innovation meets data-driven decision making.
I’m passionate about women in STEM, fascinated by quirky company cultures and always on the hunt for awesome productivity hacks.
In my fleeting spare time, I enjoy running in the woods, sweaty yoga, and cheerleading my husband and sons’ activities.

“You don’t become a runner by winning a morning workout. The only true way is to marshal the ferocity of your ambition over the course of many days, weeks, months, and (if you could finally come to accept it) years. The Trial of Miles; Miles of Trials.”
― John L. Parker Jr.,
